Our Christmas stay was overall enjoyable. the room was well-presented and cozy enough for two people. the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests, offering to provide us with some extra blankets at night. the hotel's location was also a plus, being within walking distance of several restaurants and tourist spots. We especially liked the complimentary breakfast, which had a good range of options to suit different tastes.
the shower had a problem with leaking water, which caused a messy and unpleasant experience.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with friendly and helpful reception staff. the room itself was nice and comfortable, despite the leaky shower.
The hotel double charged us and there was a delay in receiving our laundry, which was still wet.
